I was offered a room with perfect views of the old town square. The bathroom was marble with terry bathrobes, a shower cap, and towels.

location amazing, hotel nice but sitcom didn't work and the hotel inside was boiling!
waiters and service on the roof was very very rude, they had no patience with us and disliked us automatically because we were from England! bar was also very expensive

great location but noisy room
The location is perfect, right by the historical clock. The breakfast spread offered everything, from chocolate to eggs, good! The room had lovely decor and a charming city view.

The bathroom had a great shower and was well equipped with toiletries.
The food tended to be cold and there was a lot of noise late at night from a club next door.

Helpful Staff. Fantastic location. Beautifully furnished rooms. Varied and enjoyable breakfast.
The only slight downside was the famous Astrological Clock chiming every hour outside the bedroom window, but if you want such a fabulous location it is a small price to pay.

Charming, charming, charming
I loved the vintage décor that transported me back in time, especially in my spacious Double Room-so much character! The breakfast spread was an absolute delight, with local treats. Plus, the staff were amazing, always eager to share tips on local sights and treats!
would recommend 🥰✨

We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a balcony onto the Main Square. The views were amazing at all times of the day. Loved the hotel and the staff. Didn't get to try the food as there is so much choice in Prague, but I hear it is top class.

the best location in the center of old town
was not 5* as announced: good 3* hotel

missingWrote a review on 07 Julmisleading viewunhelpful staff
The room was not as advertised. The view I expected was obstructed and there was no seating area as promised. The breakfast options were significantly limited for a 5-star hotel, and the staff were unhelpful.

The hotel's historic decor, with its elegant wooden paneling and spacious rooms, made me feel like I was stepping back in time, while the accessibility features ensured my comfort throughout my stay.
Noise from the square was a bit disruptive.

The Hotel is is the perfect location, right on the Old Town Square. The Hotel itself is filled with wonderful old world charm and the staff are excellent. The outdoor restaurant on the square and the rooftop restaurant are both excellent and the food was great. A real home away from home.
The hotel was having issues when we were there with a new discotheque which moved in behind the hotel playing load music till 5 am, the staff was wonderful about it but it is an issue the hotel will need to resolve as it was impossible to sleep one evening with all the noise.
